Chamber To Host Local Elected Officials Forum Thursday

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its annual Local Elected Officials Forum, 8:30 a.m., Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Comfort Inn Oceanfront, Milepost 9, Kill Devil Hills.
Representatives from the Dare County Commissioners, Currituck County Commissioners, and each of the incorporated townships in Dare County have been invited to participate in a discussion about local issues, area needs, short-term and long-term goals for the area.

This event is one of two annual legislative events proudly sponsored By The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, Hilton Garden Inn, The Willey Agency, Comfort Inn North, Ramada Plaza, and The East Carolina Bank. The Viewpoint 2012 Legislative Breakfast focusing on regional and state issues will be held May 14, 2012 at the Ramada Plaza.
